The PSO mentoring program is designed for new licensees and/or current students in a paralegal related program.  This program is offered only for PSO members.

The Paralegal professional offers a great deal of knowledge, expertise and practice management skills. Accepting a new licensee or student to mentor can prove valuable to your practice. We encourage each Paraelgal to help build our profession and to take on a new student and or licensee. Building a stronger Paralegal community involves you.

licensee. In the body of the email include your name, location of practice, area of law you practice
and hours per day or per week you are willing to mentor.  

This program is aimed to assist newcomers to the paralegal community or students who wish to enter the field.  Show them the ropes of being a licensee, show them how you spend your day , attending trial, adjournments, meetings, witness interviews, file management etc.

We will match  a person in your area who would like to be mentored.
